The staff was helpful. Upon arrival, I could leave my bags to explore before check-in. at checkout, they held my bags until departure..
The room was quite noisy. The air conditioning was very loud too. The coldest it would go was 24 Celsius. Sleep was not easy to get.

I find the staff super helpful, they assist me always. The room I stayed in features air conditioning, it really works. The location of the hotel is excellent, I visit all the cool places nearby. The breakfast includes fresh fruit and pastries, I like this option.

the hotel location is amazing it is close to plaza del sol and other attractions. the staff provided excellent service they were friendly and helpful. i found the room very clean it was a great bonus.
i noticed some noise from nearby buildings, but it was not too bad.

the room was super clean and roomy the breakfast was a nice start to the day.
the room had a kettle, but staff did not leave enough cups. more supplies were requested from reception each time. the hotel had a small roof terrace, but the seating was poor.
